Lockewood Acres - Pomegranate Shrub
-
For grower Ben Lyons, farming is a family effort. At Lockewood Acres in Solano County, Lyons grows the ingredients, his wife, Denise, crafts the products and daughter, Hayley, creates the watercolor labels. Inspired by old-fashioned methods of preserving fruit juice, Lockewood Acres’ Pomegranate Shrub combines pomegranate juice with apple cider vinegar to create a refreshing sip that can be enjoyed straight or mixed into your favorite beverage.
